Product warranties and information

The products presented on our website are a carefully selected part of our collection. We have taken special care to display the colours and characteristics of our products as accurately as possible. Of course, the calibration of each monitor is different, and we cannot guarantee that your screen will display the colours with maximum accuracy and that the delivered product will exactly match the image shown on the website.

If you need to make a warranty claim for a product, you must send an email to incidencias@time2padel.com explaining the issue. If you wish, you can attach photos or videos to help us understand the problem.

We will contact you as soon as possible to let you know how to proceed with the process.

Returns policy
Exchanges and returns

Important: From 20/11/2025, all purchases will have an extended return guarantee until 31/01/2026.

To return a product, as a private customer, you have a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of the product, provided that the products have not been used and retain their original packaging and seals.

Return cost:

Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands: €4.95. If your order is under €59, the initial shipping costs will not be refunded. This amount will be deducted from the total to be refunded if you use our prepaid label service. If you prefer to use another courier, the cost will be the one indicated by that courier and will not be associated with us.

Portugal, France and Italy: €9.95

Belgium: €11.95

Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland: €19.95

Rest of countries within Europe: €14.95

Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the rest of countries: shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

In the case of an exchange, the same costs as for a return will apply. Exchanges are only available in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.

How should I proceed to return a product?

All returns must be approved by Time2Padel, and the following requirements must be met:

  • To request your return, please send an email to incidencias@time2padel.com

  • Prepare the parcel. Products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, together with their complete original packaging, labels and any related accessories. It is important that you protect them by placing all the items to be returned in a box or bag. Remember that if the product does not arrive in perfect condition, we will not be able to accept your return.

  • Stick the label on the outside of the parcel and take it to your nearest Correos office. Remember that you must not stick the label directly onto the products or their original boxes. If you cannot print it, you can go to Correos with the label on your mobile phone.

  • Once we receive the shipment, we will check that everything has arrived in perfect condition. If everything is correct, we will proceed with the exchange or refund, depending on what you requested.

The cost for returns in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands is €4.95 if the initial order is over €59. If the initial order is under €59, the return cost will be €7.90, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded, provided that you use the prepaid label system we provide. In the case of exchanges requested by the customer, shipping will be charged if the product does not exceed the minimum amount for free shipping. Exchanges will only be made in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. In all other areas, only returns will be possible, and the amount to be paid by the customer will be equivalent to the shipping rate for each area.


Returns of defective products

The full amount will be refunded, using the same payment method, if at the time of delivery you find that the product has any defect, is incorrect, is in poor condition, or is not sealed.

Without prejudice to the provisions of this section and any other rights you may have, you will be entitled to a refund of the price of defective products or products delivered that do not correspond to the order placed, including the corresponding shipping costs.

In these cases, it is necessary to:

  • Contact us immediately, within 24 hours, by email at incidencias@time2padel.com indicating the error or defect, together with your personal details.

  • In order to proceed with the return of the product due to defects, poor condition, expiry date, etc., it is very important that, when you notice any discrepancy with the product, you inform us immediately. It will be understood that if you do not notify us within 24 hours of receipt, you accept as correct the content and quality of the products received.

  • The return of defective, expired or incorrect products must be carried out using the procedure established in the previous section, requesting a prepaid label through which you may return the goods AT NO COST.

Once you have informed us of the defect detected, we will carefully examine the returned product and inform you by e-mail within a reasonable period whether the refund or replacement applies. The refund or replacement of the item will be carried out within a maximum period of 14 days from the moment we receive the product, unless we do not have it in stock, in which case we will contact you.

Provided that the User has followed the procedure established and the requirements set forth in these General Conditions have been met, TIME2PADEL will refund the price paid corresponding to the products returned that are defective or do not correspond to the products ordered by the User. In case of problems with the packaging, it is necessary to inform the courier upon receiving the order, indicating it on the delivery note or on the courier’s electronic device.


Size exchanges at the customer’s request

You will have the opportunity to rate and review our products. To avoid offensive, violent, illegal, spam or similar comments, these will be subject to our validation. You will be solely responsible for the comments you may leave on our website, and in no case will TIME2PADEL be liable for them nor under any obligation to publish them.

All the products offered on the TIME2PADEL website are covered by the suppliers’ warranty, who guarantee that these items are in perfect condition for use.

In accordance with current regulations, these products have a two-year warranty from the time of purchase.

During the first six months it is presumed that the problem is due to a manufacturing defect unless the supplier proves otherwise, while from the sixth month and up to two years, the customer must prove that the fault was due to an inherent defect.

If you believe that the problem is due to a manufacturing defect, you must contact Customer Service through the contact channels listed above. The Warranty Department will reply indicating the information you must provide, as this varies depending on each brand.


Cancellations

We may decide to cancel your order. Examples of when we may not accept your order include the following:

  • When the products displayed on the Platform are no longer available

  • When we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment

  • When the product is subject to shipping restrictions

  • When the product shown on the Platform contains an obvious error, such as an incorrect price or it is incorrectly displayed or described

  • When we are unable to process your order due to technical reasons

  • When we know or reasonably suspect that the order has been placed with the help or intervention of any software, robot, crawler, spider or any other automated device or procedure.


Liability and disclaimer

Our purchase conditions do not exclude or limit our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence

  • Fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Notwithstanding the above, we shall not be liable for:

  • Economic loss (including loss of income, data, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings) or loss of goodwill or reputation, or for any special or indirect losses suffered or incurred by you arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

  • Force majeure events, which shall include any act, event, non-performance, omission or incident beyond our reasonable control and shall in particular (without limitation) include the following events:

    • Strikes, lockouts or other industrial action.

    • Civil unrest, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or terrorist threat, war (declared or not), or threat or preparation for war.

    • Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or any other natural disaster.

    • Inability to use trains, ships, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.

    • Inability to use public or private telecommunications systems.

    • Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of other governments.

While the aforementioned events are taking place, the obligations assumed under this contract shall be considered suspended for as long as the cause that originated them persists. The provisions of this section do not affect your legal rights as a consumer, nor your right to withdraw from the contract.


Withdrawal

You have a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from your order. To exercise this right, you must request it by email, indicating the order number.

Whatever payment method you use, the refund will be made through the same payment method used, as soon as possible, but always within 14 days from the moment the customer exercises the right of withdrawal. In the case of payment by bank transfer or cash on delivery, you must provide an account number where the deposit can be made, and if the product was purchased cash on delivery, you must provide us with a card number in order to make the refund.


Dispute resolution

Applicable law and jurisdiction

The relationship between TIME2PADEL and the Consumer and User shall be governed by current Spanish legislation. In accordance with the provisions of article 90.2 of the TRLGDCU, all disputes and claims arising from this legal notice shall be resolved by the courts and tribunals of the consumer’s domicile.

Out-of-court dispute resolution

In accordance with the provisions of article 14.1 of Regulation 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013 on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes, consumers and users are informed that, in the event of a conflict, they may contact the online out-of-court dispute resolution platform:

If you wish to file a complaint, we inform you that we have complaint forms available, which you can request through the contact channels mentioned above.

Minors

TIME2PADEL provides its services to users over 18 years of age. Minors under this age are NOT authorised to use our services and therefore must not send us their personal data. We inform you that, should this occur, TIME2PADEL shall not be responsible for any possible consequences arising from the breach of the warning set out in this clause.

Intellectual property claims

TIME2PADEL respects the intellectual property of third parties. If you believe that your intellectual property rights may have been infringed, please inform us of this situation through the contact channels mentioned above.

Security policy

TIME2PADEL has contracted an SSL certificate for its website. An SSL certificate helps protect all personal and confidential information that may be handled on a website, regardless of the information being transmitted, for example, from any of the website’s contact forms to the server, or the data entered to subscribe to newsletters or access protected areas, etc. The website address will appear in green, activating the “https” protocol, which enables secure connections between a web server and the user’s browser.

Social media prize draws

In the event that we carry out prize draws on social networks such as Facebook or Instagram, you should know that these platforms do not sponsor or associate themselves in any way with the organiser. By participating, you release Facebook/Instagram from any type of liability arising from any breach of the legal terms of the prize draw.
